Location: Ireland Waste Water HQ in Riverstick, Co. Cork with travel required for business development activities and site visits as required
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
Working Hours: 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- To be the point of contact for all sales and contract inquiries
- To work as part of the team in determining new business project needs, facilitate development of project specification, process orders, offer technical sales expertise and product support
- To actively engage with senior management in new business development initiatives with Ireland and potentially on targeted international markets
- Communicate with customers (existing and potential) by phone, email and in person
- Consulting with production and other departments to deliver a satisfactory customer experience
- Monitor activity for the purpose of identifying potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services
- To work with marketing on outreach communication to reach new markets and customers

- Excellent organisational skills with ability to multi-task and attention to detail
- Excellent sales prospecting skills
- Sales forecast and budget planning skills
- Negotiation skills
- Report building and summary reports compilation for senior management team
- Ability to motivate a team
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
Essential Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience in a technical sales and business development role within the construction industry.
- Must be computer literate with a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook etc
Desirable Experience:
- Experience in Wastewater treatment solutions a distinct advantage
