    Part Time Accounts Administrator

    Location: Ireland Waste Water HQ in Riverstick, Co. Cork.
    Salary: Negotiable based on experience
    Working Hours:  3 mornings a week from 9.30am – 2pm

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Process all invoices and consolidate accounts
    • Input supplier invoices 
    • Raise credit / debit notes and handle communications with suppliers and customers
    • Accounts receivable/payable activity
    • Payroll
    • Assist in the preparation of monthly balance sheet & reports
    • Liaise with accountant on statutory returns

    Key Skills:

    • Minimum of 3 years’ Accounts experience
    • Excellent systems and Excel skills
    • Strong communication skills
    • Ability to work to deadline and as part of a team
    • Experience of Big Red Book accounting and payroll software package is essential

    Business Development Executive

    Location: Ireland Waste Water HQ in Riverstick, Co. Cork and site locations as required.
    Salary: Negotiable based on experience
    Working Hours:  8am – 5pm Monday to Friday

    Key Responsibilities:

    • To seek, develop and deliver high-growth, profitable business opportunities to Ireland Waste Water and target appropriate new opportunities for development
    • Implement and execute plans that are appropriately prioritised for scale of opportunity
    • Provide significant and continuous input to the senior management team regarding the market and the prioritisation of plans
    • Negotiate sales representation and other agreements (representatives etc)
    • Travel as required to develop professional working relationships with both existing and new clients, particularly to generate initial sales, tenders, contracts and maintaining sales momentum with appropriate marketing strategies.
    • Deliver sales and contribution-to-profit and other financial targets as may be agreed from time to time.
    • Support the development of the revenue and expense budgets, within the context of the overall budget and forecasts, developing financial models and projections as necessary.
    • Liaise with and utilise existing support infrastructure. Capabilities such as Sales support, Technical Service, Manufacturing etc available 
    • Site review, design, scheduling and monitoring of installation progress on site
    • Adherence and compliance to Standards (regulation and corporate)
    • Troubleshoot and coordinate resolution on any project issues that arise
    • Maintain full involvement and serve as primary contact throughout project lifecycle
    • Contribute to product development and manufacturing strategies
    • Co-ordinate team and resources as required

    Essential experience:

    • Educated to Engineering Technician or relevant discipline or 5 years direct experience at senior level sales in industry
    • Candidates will have an excellent track record in business development, customer relationship, coordinating entire projects.  Ideally, they will have achieved this experience within the construction industry
    • Excellent communication skills are a must with the ability to communicate at all levels and build collaborative relationships to ensure smooth project delivery

    Desirable Experience:

    • Experience in developing project/service management methodologies
    • Experience in formulating Client Proposals and Statement of Work documents including commercial elements
    • Construction industry experience
    • Strong understanding and experience in compliance and certification

    Technical Sales Representative

    Location: Ireland Waste Water HQ in Riverstick, Co. Cork with travel required for business development activities and site visits as required
    Salary: Negotiable based on experience
    Working Hours:  8am – 5pm Monday to Friday

    Key Responsibilities:

    • To be the point of contact for all sales and contract inquiries
    • To work as part of the team in determining new business project needs, facilitate development of project specification, process orders, offer technical sales expertise and product support
    • To actively engage with senior management in new business development initiatives with Ireland and potentially on targeted international markets
    • Communicate with customers (existing and potential) by phone, email and in person
    • Consulting with production and other departments to deliver a satisfactory customer experience
    • Monitor activity for the purpose of identifying potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services
    •  To work with marketing on outreach communication to reach new markets and customers

    • 5+ years’ experience in a technical sales and business development role within the construction industry. 
    • Must be computer literate with a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook etc

    Desirable Experience:

    • Experience in Wastewater treatment solutions a distinct advantage

    Technical Service Representative

    Location: Ireland Waste Water HQ in Riverstick, Co. Cork with travel required for service activities and site visits as required
    Salary: Negotiable based on experience
    Working Hours:  8am – 5pm Monday to Friday

    Key Responsibilities:

    • To be a point of contact for service maintenance inquiries.
    • Provide assistance to customers’ technical issues through identification of the problem itself, research on answers and solution via phone or on-site
    • Deliver training to colleagues, customers, engineers, where necessary on effective use and maintenance of products
    • Evaluate any systems’ issue to recommend enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives. 
    • To work as part of the team in delivering superior service

    Key Skills:

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Excellent organisational skills with ability to multi-task and attention to detail
    • Excellent practical help desk and customer support experience
    • High customer and service orientation
    • Status update reports and summary reports to senior management team
    • Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines

    Desirable Experience:

    • 5+ years experience in a waste water technical service role. 
    • Must be computer literate with a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook etc

    Lorry Crane Driver/ General Operator 

    Location: Ireland Waste Water HQ in Riverstick, Co. Cork with travel required for site installation activities
    Salary: Negotiable based on experience
    Working Hours:  8am – 5pm Monday to Friday

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Member of the production team involved in manufacturing and finished goods assembly of pre-cast concrete waste water treatment units
    • Warehouse, logistics, stock-take and materials movement activities
    • Adherence to work order production and scheduling needs 
    • Compliance with product quality manufacturing standards 
    • Compliance with H&S requirement re PPE
    • To work as part of a team

    Key Skills:

    • Experience of working in a physically demanding environment
    • Strong teamwork and communication skills is essential
    • Prior experience in a manufacturing / construction environment is an advantage
    • Track record in meeting and exceeding production targets

    Essential:

    • Full clean driving licence; Valid Safe Pass, Current RTITB certificate

    General Operator

    Salary: Negotiable based on experience
    Working Hours:  8am – 5pm Monday to Friday
